Christina, a skilled weaver, will guide you through the weaving process, inserting the “weft” into the warp using a shuttle or by hand. By experimenting with different colors and yarn thicknesses, you’ll create unique patterns such as stripes, checks, and even textured designs like waffle weave - there’s no limit to your imagination!
Once your piece is complete, you’ll learn finishing techniques, including twisting or knotting fringes and securing edges with a hem stitch, ensuring your handcrafted textile is polished and ready to use.
Workshops are limited to seven participants.
